Flat Foot & Arch Formation Problems

Arch: Lower Arch / Flat feet

When children’s are growing up, the foot muscles gradually strengthens & Arch formation strengthens in their foot but sometimes due to lack of exercise or medical reasons they do not properly develop leading to a condition known as Flat Feet (Pes Planus).

 

Also, due to aging, adults arch drop as the foot tends to lose it’s strength & Tendons, ligaments & muscles loses its strength and begin to stretch.  It causes pain in the base of Arch & mid foot and causes swelling along the inner ankle, arch, Hip, knee, and lower back. Flat feet can alter the angle of your foot, causing over-pronation, loss of stability, and an increased risk of ankle and foot sprains.

Remedies for Flat Feet

Wear shoes/ Slippers with Arch support you can move more comfortably.
