Technical FAQs

1. Error – Scanner Application shows “Execute Reader requires an open & available connection, the connection’s current state is closed”

AnsThe Device must have an active internet connection. 

2. Error – Unable to Open Print Report (Scanning Report)

Ans – Download CRRuntime_64 Bit from the website. (https://shunox.in/download-software)

3. Error – Scanning Data upload error “A Transport level error has occured when receiving results from the server”

Ans – The Device must have an active internet connection

4. Error – Microsoft .NET Framework Unable to Load DLL

Ans – Turn on the Windows 10 Developer Mode.
  • Go to Windows Settings
  • Click on Update & Security
  • Click on For Developers 
  • Turn on the button (Install Apps from any source, including loose files)

 

5. Error – Please Connect Scanning Machine with Computer 

  • Please check if the USB Cable is broken
  • Check if the USB Wire is properly connected with the scanner & computer/Laptop

 

6. Error – No Camera Connected 

Ans – Close all cameras (Internal/External)
  • Go to This PC Icon at desktop
  • Right Click the icon> Manage> Device Manager > Cameras
  • Right Click on cameras > Disable Device
  • Reconnect the Scanner
